How Does It Work?
- I want to make the process super simple for you. You will get one or two actionable steps along with a training game or exercise as you are ready. The steps will keep you motivated and moving forward, but you’ll have as much time as you need to complete the tasks and games.
- Your daily tasks and games will be presented in a short video clip and guide.
- You’ll get extra resources to help guide you and personalized advice in the On Your Own private FB group.
